Speaking assessment, topic 1: Personal identification and identifying others.

Grade: 5th grade.
Topic: personal identification and identifying others.
Communicative function: Possesive adjectives (my, your, his, her, their)


Presentation stage:


"I would like to introduce my family. My name is Susan. I am 12 years old. My hair is long and brown. My favourite color is pink. This is my mother Peggy. She is very nice and pretty. Her hair is long and brown. She loves going out with me and my father. She always wears her favourite color is yellow. My father's name is John. He is very active and athletic. He enjoys outdoor sports. He is tall, slim and his hair is short and brown.



Talk about your mother or your father.






Practice stage 1: Practice the following dialogue

Student A: Hello, what is your name?

Student B: Hello, my name is................................

Student A: Who is your favourite friend?

Student B: My best friend is...........................

Student A: See you soon, bye.

Student B: Bye.
